My card today is made using the new set called Lilac. I used the magnolia flowers from the set. The first called uses the Lilac from the set. This card was made for the SC 176. I used my scorpal around the edges. The other set released today is Rock-A -Bye.
I used chalk to color my flowers. The gold line was made using red sticky tape and gold embossing powder. Make sure you check out the rest of the FLLC design team samples, the links are listed on my side bar. Have a fabulous day!

Wow this was fun! Julie sat in for Sharon this week, thanks Julie! " In Stitches " was today's challenge. I totally love all the cards/projects I see using a sewing machine. I've never owned one and wish the fad would fade! Since it hasn't I've had to adjust my papercrafting to include faux stitching:) You can see the challenge at Sharon's blog! I used my matpack and markers on this card. The yummy designer paper is made by Cosmo Cricket . I bought mine from Jacksonbelle. The stamps are Inkadinkado also from Jacksonbelle. I hope you like my take on the challenge!

Jacksonbelle has picked her first design team!! After checking out the store head over to the members forum over at SCS all the new designers are listed there. I can't tell you how excited I am to start working with both these comapny's. It's going to be a fun ride!!

If you don't already know I totally love Kitchen Sink Stamps!! What a thrill when Maria asked me to do the project of the month. I wanted to stamp on wood and this is what I came up with. Mother's Day is right around the corner so I hope you are inspired to share your passion with your mom.
I Luv stampin' gift sets! Who doesn't Luv to be pampered?
I never used my blocks for stamping the pieces you see. I inked my stamps and laid them on the wood, applied pressure and carefully lifted off.
